David Hamilton and Coy Barefoot discussed the philosophy and approach to Preservation Development and how it is being used to protect the character and use of the land, maintain a working farm. In addition they spoke about what this might mean from the Ablemarle County, VA coutryside and the ongoing stewardship of Bundoran Farm's 2,300 acres.
