Charlottesville, Virginia – March 10, 2009 – The management of Celebration Associates, LLC announced the opening of their corporate headquarters in Charlottesville this month. A leading developer and operator of mixed-use, master–planned communities originally established a project office in Charlottesville to provide management, support and oversight for Bundoran Farm, a 2,300 acre preservation development in Southern Albemarle County. Located in the historic Hardware Store building on the Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall, the new offices house members of the Celebration Associates’ team who support their various community development efforts and the transfer of the company’s best practices. Each individual project will continue to have its own on-site team that is focused on the implementation of the design vision established for these legacy properties.
