Preservation Easements: In order to preserve the productive agricultural use, scenic beauty, and agrarian richness of Bundoran Farm, a series of preservation easements, titled Farmbelt/Greenbelt Easements, have been established. These easements encompass more than 90% of Bundoran Farm, and are held collectively by all Bundoran Farm property owners. These easements, and the experienced management of the easement areas will enable the protection of many of the attributes of the land and life experiences of Bundoran Farm.
