Several lots at Bundoran Farm, because of their location and characteristics, have been identified as Individual Use Equestrian Lots. Owners of these lots are permitted to use portions of the farmbelt/greenbelt easement acreage within their lots for a small turnout pasture and supporting structures for their horses. These lots are ideal for families who want their horses nearby and still be able to access the Bundoran Farm's extensive trail network.

Because of the size and use of the land for agricultural purposes, a majority of Bundoran Farms lots currently qualify for Land Use Taxation. Acreage within lots that qualify for Land Use Taxation is assessed based on its agricultural, horticultural and forest use instead of its residential use. This typically results in significantly reduced real estate taxes.
