Qroe was formed in 1981 by Robert H. Baldwin to create improved land use and property techniques, and to manage and develop specialized real estate properties. Qroe is the innovator of the “Qroe Farm Preservation Development” concept of environmentally enhancive land use, which is being widely acclaimed for providing innovative and workable answers to ecological and economic sustainability in rural land use and thereby happily marrying the often competing interests of conservation, farming and housing. Many of the concepts implemented by Qroe which resulted in the permanent preservation of over 80% of the farmland and open space in several successful communities in the Northeast, are being incorporated at Bundoran Farm. |
