In Southern Albemarle County, about 15 minutes southwest of Charlottesville, along the upper branches of the Hardware River and reaching up into the hilltops, there endures a farm, comprising 2,300 acres. About 1,100 acres is given to cattle pastures, 1,000 acres is conserved as managed forest with over 15 miles of trails and 200 acres is given to orchards yielding Red and Golden Delicious, Rome and Granny Smith apples. This is Bundoran Farm.
